Grammar, rewrite & translate

Write or paste a draft. Grammar suggestions appear after you pause typing. Use Polish to choose clearer, shorter, casual, professional or X-ready wording; each style also checks grammar. You can pause automatic checks in Settings. Hover, tap or tab to highlighted text to accept or dismiss a suggestion. Translate is an add-on in the toolbar: switch between Original and each language above the post. Each keeps its own edits and review history, even when you switch posts. Undo reverses your last change, and History keeps up to 12 versions per language until reload. Download anything you want to keep.

On-device grammar checks support English only, with American, British and Australian spelling. Choose AI review in Settings for multilingual grammar and rewriting; your writing language is detected automatically. Our listed writing languages are English, Spanish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German and Brazilian Portuguese. Accuracy varies, and other languages have not been verified. These are also the available translation targets. No suggestions does not guarantee error-free text.

Basic English checks are free within the guest tool allowance and unlimited when signed in. Guests get 3 AI writing credits daily; signed-in users get 20 daily credits shared across AI and X tools. Each post and translation target costs 1 credit. Failed actions return credits. Automatic checks never use purchased credits.

Yes. Add post stacks another editor below your draft. You can have up to 25 posts, each with its own suggestions, history and X character count. The toolbar works on the selected post. Drag a handle to reorder on desktop, or use the move arrows on your phone. Alt + Up/Down on a handle also moves a post. Use the post menu to remove or split; Cmd/Ctrl + Enter splits at the cursor. Long drafts can also split automatically. Copy or download the whole thread to keep it.

Post on X opens a single draft in X. For a thread, Start thread on X opens the first post; copy the remaining posts and use + in X to add them to the same thread. Review, add images and publish them together there. This editor does not connect your X account or publish automatically.

Grammar review aims for minimal edits. Rewriting and natural translations may change phrasing. AI can make mistakes, so compare each version with its original before sharing. Names, facts, numbers and tone deserve a final read.
