1. About these terms
CozyToolkit is an online creator toolkit operated by a sole trader based in Australia under the CozyToolkit brand. These terms cover your use of cozytoolkit.com, its tools and your account. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally enter this agreement yourself, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.
2. Free tools and accounts
Everyday tools are free within the limits shown in each tool. Guests have a daily allowance; signing in gives unlimited everyday-tool usage within file, batch and shared-capacity limits. Hosted AI and X tools share a daily credit allowance. Free daily credits reset without accumulating. Keep your account secure and use accurate account information. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Optional credit purchases
Top-ups are one-time purchases, not subscriptions or automatic renewals. Prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Before paying, review the total, applicable taxes, credits and any bonus shown at checkout. Credits are added to your signed-in account after payment is confirmed. Purchased credits do not have a scheduled expiry. They are non-transferable, have no cash value and can only be used for eligible CozyToolkit features; refunds remain available under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Each hosted action shows its credit cost or maximum reservation before you start. We release unused reservations and return credits for failed charged actions. Automatic grammar checks do not silently spend purchased credits. Free allowances, supported formats and future action prices may change; the price shown when you confirm an action applies to that action. Buying credits does not remove file-size, rate or capacity limits.
4. Payments through Paddle
When paid checkout is available, our online reseller Paddle processes the order as merchant of record and seller of the credit purchase. Paddle handles payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment-related support. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to the transaction. CozyToolkit provides the tools and product support. Our Refund Policy explains how to request help or a refund.
5. Your content and results
You keep your rights in the files, text and other content you provide. You give us only the permission needed to process that content to perform your requested actions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use, download, edit or share it. Many tools process files on your device; hosted features send the input needed to provide that feature, as explained in our Privacy page. Keep your own backups: browser workspaces are not permanent file storage.
Review results before relying on or publishing them. AI suggestions, OCR, translations and third-party data may contain errors. Metadata inspection cannot prove an image’s origin, and removing metadata does not guarantee that AI detectors will stop recognizing it. Reference currency rates are not financial advice or executable exchange quotes. These limitations do not remove your consumer rights.
6. Use the tools responsibly
Do not use CozyToolkit for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement or sharing content without the necessary permission. Do not bypass access controls, DRM, account requirements or usage limits, interfere with the service, or create accounts to evade allowances. Only download content when the rights holder and the source platform permit it. You are responsible for complying with platform rules and, when organizing a giveaway, its eligibility rules and applicable laws. CozyToolkit does not sponsor your giveaways or provide gambling services.
7. Availability and account restrictions
We may maintain, update or discontinue features, and external providers may change what is available. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or a breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and give you a way to contact us. If we permanently stop providing paid features and cannot honor unused purchased credits, contact us for a remedy, including a refund where required. Restrictions and service changes do not cancel mandatory refund rights.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation when applicable consumer guarantees are not met. Mandatory protections in your country continue to apply. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free tools, but this does not limit those protections.
9. Changes and questions
We will publish changes on this page with an updated date and give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to completed purchases. Australian law applies to these service terms, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim where you live. Contact support@cozytoolkit.com about these terms, your account or a complaint. Payment transactions are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
