1. What this policy covers

This policy covers optional, one-time CozyToolkit credit top-ups purchased through Paddle. Everyday tools are free and do not require a purchase. Top-ups are not subscriptions: there is no recurring charge or subscription to cancel. Free daily credits and promotional credits cannot be exchanged for money.

2. Requesting a refund

For a change-of-mind request, contact us or Paddle within 14 days of purchase. Include your account email, receipt or transaction ID, and a short description of the issue. We review requests individually, including whether credits have been used, and coordinate eligible refunds with Paddle. A request within 14 days does not automatically guarantee a refund; full or partial discretionary refunds depend on the circumstances. This window and any usage conditions do not limit statutory rights.

Email support@cozytoolkit.com for product or credit issues. For payment support, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or complete card details. You may contact Paddle directly without contacting us first.

3. Failed actions and incorrect charges

A failed charged action returns its reserved credits, and an action using fewer credits than reserved releases the unused amount. This restores tool credits; it is not a cash refund of a top-up. If credits are missing, an action was charged incorrectly, you were charged twice, or a persistent fault prevents you from using what you purchased, contact us with the relevant receipt or action details. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate correction or remedy. Legal refund rights are not replaced by an offer of credits.

4. How approved refunds work

Paddle is the merchant of record and processes monetary refunds, normally to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary; Paddle confirms the applicable timing. Refunded purchases have the corresponding purchased and bonus credits removed. Partial refunds reverse the corresponding proportion of credits. A refund never creates a right to keep or reuse the refunded credits, and does not require you to give up rights that apply by law.

5. Consumer and withdrawal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws. Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services may qualify for remedies even after 14 days or after credits have been used. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, you may exercise it through Paddle. Any exception for digital content supplied immediately applies only where legally valid and the required consent and acknowledgment have been obtained. Merely using CozyToolkit is not a blanket waiver of those rights.

6. Paddle’s policy and support

Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also govern purchases made through its checkout. Where applicable law or Paddle provides greater protection, that protection applies. The policy in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase; later changes will not reduce those rights. If you are unsure which option applies, contact us and we will help you find the right route.
